• We ship from London, United Kingdom
• Our processing times for prom and evening dresses are 15-30 business days and 2-2.5 months for wedding dresses,
• When an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. 
• If you need any assistance with your order then please email us at info@tamannasboutique.com. We can not make changes to your order after 24 hours of paying. 
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the right address. We are not responsible for any non-delivery due to error in the address. 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Tamanna’s Boutique does not take any responsibility for delays due to custom clearances as we do not have control over this. Taxes may apply due to local laws enforced by custom authorities upon arrival to your country. Tamanna’s Boutique does not take responsibility for import duties and taxes. Failing to pay these taxes will result to your order being returned back to Tamanna’s Boutique. You will be charged for re-delivery and any additional fees charged.
